Terms of Service

Last Updated: February 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Alamo Telecom (alamotelecom.com), or by interacting with our Digital Assistant (Zobot/Chatbot), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this website’s specialized services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Description of Services (IT Procurement Model)

Alamo Telecom acts as a carrier-agnostic Technology Advisor and IT Procurement Consultant. We partner with businesses to source, negotiate, and manage contracts with third-party telecommunications and technology providers (“Carriers”) such as AT&T, Verizon, RingCentral, and others via our provider network.

Important Disclaimer: Alamo Telecom does not own, operate, or maintain the physical infrastructure. Instead, we act as your advocate and consultant to ensure you receive the best possible service, pricing, and support terms from these Carriers.

3. Digital Assistant & AI Interactions

Our website utilizes an automated Digital Assistant (“Chatbot”) to assist with intake, quotes, and support tickets.

  • Automated Nature: You acknowledge that you are interacting with an automated system, not a human agent. While we strive for accuracy, the Assistant’s responses are generated based on available data and may not reflect real-time Carrier construction delays or pricing changes.
  • Estimates Only: Any pricing or speeds provided by the Digital Assistant are estimates for research purposes and do not constitute a binding contract until confirmed by a human specialist and a formal Carrier contract is signed.
  • Record Keeping: Transcripts of your chat sessions are recorded and stored for quality assurance and record-keeping purposes.

4. Communication & SMS Consent

By entering your phone number and email into our contact forms or Digital Assistant, you expressly consent to receive communications from Alamo Telecom regarding your inquiry.

  • Methods: You agree that we may contact you via email, phone call, or SMS text message to discuss quotes, support tickets, or service installations.
  • Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received, or by contacting us directly.

5. Zero-Cost Policy

As part of our standard business model, Alamo Telecom provides procurement and consulting services at no direct cost to the customer. We are compensated directly by the Carriers upon the successful implementation of services.

  • You agree that Alamo Telecom acts as the “Agent of Record” for the services procured through our consultation.
  • Pricing provided by Alamo Telecom is based on wholesale and channel rates, which are often lower than direct retail pricing.

6. Privacy and Data Usage

Your privacy is critical to us. Any data collected during the “Service Availability Check,” “Audit” process, or Chatbot conversation—including business addresses, phone numbers, and current contract details—is used solely for the purpose of generating quotes and verifying infrastructure availability. We do not sell your data to third-party marketing lists. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for specific details.

7. Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that the information on this site (including Carrier availability maps, speed estimates, and pricing examples) is accurate, the telecommunications landscape changes daily.

  • Availability: Fiber and 5G availability is subject to final site survey by the Carrier. A quote does not guarantee serviceability until a survey is complete.
  • Pricing: Rates are subject to change by the Carrier without notice until a contract is signed.

8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alamo Telecom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. The “Alamo Telecom” name and logo are trademarks of our entity in San Antonio, Texas.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alamo Telecom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
  • (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
  • (iii) any service outages, billing errors, or installation delays caused by the underlying Carrier.

Alamo Telecom is not a Service Provider. We are a consultant. If your internet service goes down, your recourse is with the Carrier (e.g., Spectrum, AT&T), not with Alamo Telecom. However, we will act as your advocate to help escalate repair tickets.

10. Force Majeure

Alamo Telecom shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor or materials.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Antonio, Texas.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
