Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using alamotelecom.com or engaging our IT procurement and telecom brokerage services.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the website of Alamo Telecom (alamotelecom.com), or by interacting with our web forms and scheduling tools, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement.

When using this website’s specialized services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

Description of Services

Alamo Telecom acts as a carrier-agnostic Technology Advisor and IT Procurement Consultant. We partner with businesses to source, negotiate, and manage contracts with third-party telecommunications and technology providers (“Carriers”) such as AT&T, Verizon, RingCentral, and others via our provider network.

Important Disclaimer: Alamo Telecom does not own, operate, or maintain the physical infrastructure. Instead, we act as your advocate and consultant to ensure you receive the best possible service, pricing, and support terms from these Carriers.

Forms, Scheduling & Automated Interactions

Our website utilizes secure, third-party Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and scheduling tools to assist with intake forms, quote requests, and consultation scheduling.

Estimates Only
Any pricing, speeds, or availability provided verbally or electronically by our team prior to a formal Carrier site survey are estimates for research purposes and do not constitute a binding contract until a formal Carrier contract is signed.
Record Keeping
Information submitted through our forms and scheduling links is recorded and stored for quality assurance, lead routing, and record-keeping purposes.

Communication & SMS Consent

By entering your phone number and email into our contact forms or scheduling calendars, you expressly consent to receive communications from Alamo Telecom regarding your inquiry.

Methods of Contact
You agree that we may contact you via email, phone call, or SMS text message to discuss quotes, support tickets, or service installations.
Opt-Out
You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any text message received, or by contacting us directly.

Zero-Cost Policy

As part of our standard business model, Alamo Telecom provides procurement and consulting services at no direct cost to the customer. We are compensated directly by the Carriers upon the successful implementation of services.

Agent of Record
You agree that Alamo Telecom acts as the “Agent of Record” for the services procured through our consultation.
Channel Pricing
Pricing provided by Alamo Telecom is based on wholesale and channel rates, which are often lower than direct retail pricing.

Privacy & Data Usage

Your privacy is critical to us. Any data collected through our web forms, scheduling calendars, or audit processes — including business addresses, phone numbers, and current contract details — is used solely for the purpose of generating quotes, scheduling meetings, and verifying infrastructure availability.

We do not sell your data to third-party marketing lists. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, used, and protected.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to ensure that the information on this site — including Carrier availability maps, speed estimates, and pricing examples — is accurate, the telecommunications landscape changes daily.

Availability
Fiber and 5G availability is subject to a final site survey by the Carrier. A quote does not guarantee serviceability until a survey is complete.
Pricing
Rates are subject to change by the Carrier without notice until a contract is signed.

Intellectual Property

The site and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Alamo Telecom and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Trademark Notice: The “Alamo Telecom” name and logo are trademarks of our entity in Austin, Texas, and may not be used without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Alamo Telecom, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

Access & Use
Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
Third-Party Conduct
Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
Carrier Service Issues
Any service outages, billing errors, or installation delays caused by the underlying Carrier.

Important: Alamo Telecom is not a Service Provider — we are a consultant. If your internet service goes down, your recourse is with the Carrier (e.g., Spectrum, AT&T), not with Alamo Telecom. However, we will act as your advocate to help escalate repair tickets.

Force Majeure

Alamo Telecom shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargos, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Jurisdiction: Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Austin, Texas.

Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
